While spending time in nature brings immeasurable benefits it also comes with risks. As families spend venture out into nature for the first time, spend more time in nature and take on greater challenges these risks grow. Responding to a growing need Family Earth is partnering with Wilderness Rescue Solutions to deliver a unique course that meets the unique needs of families with children. The first component of this training is delivered online followed by a culminating half day hands on workshop where you earn your certification. Designed around the busy schedules of families the hands on workshop accommodates children of all ages: teenagers participate alongside their parents, infants and toddlers are welcome to stay with their children and middle aged children join Family Earth staff for an exciting wilderness experience.
